We reply within a few business days

If you are writing about a problem in the app, telling us your device and iOS version saves a round trip.

How do I record a dream?

Open the app and tap the button at the centre of the bottom bar. You can type your dream or tap the microphone and simply say it out loud — useful at 3am when typing is the last thing you want to do. Either way you can edit the text before saving.

Write it as you remember it. Fragments are fine; Luna does not need a tidy story.

What is Luna, and what is she not?

Luna is the AI companion who reads your dream, reflects it back, and asks a follow-up question — the meaning usually turns up in your second answer rather than your first.

Luna is a guide for reflection. She is not a therapist and not a clinical tool, and nothing she says is medical or psychological advice. If something in a dream is troubling you, please talk to a qualified professional.

When does Deep Analysis unlock?

After you have recorded 15 dreams. Deep Analysis reads across your whole journal at once — recurring symbols, emotional patterns, and a few things worth trying that week — and it needs enough material to say anything worth reading.

You can see how close you are on the Mood tab. The count is dreams recorded, not days used.

How does voice input work?

Your device turns what you say into text using Apple’s speech recognition, and it is that text — never the audio — that MysticLab receives and stores.

Depending on your device, language and settings, Apple may process the audio on its servers rather than on the device itself. That part is governed by Apple’s privacy policy. You can always type instead.

What happens to my dreams?

They are encrypted in transit and at rest, and they are yours. We do not sell personal data and we do not use your dreams to train external AI models.

Dreams are sent to an AI provider to be interpreted, with personal identifiers like names and locations stripped first, and are not retained by that provider beyond the request.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings and choose Delete account. You will be asked to confirm, and the deletion happens immediately — there is no waiting period and no separate request to file.

It erases everything: dreams, interpretations, Luna chats, symbols, mood history, and your profile. We do not keep an anonymised copy. If you signed in with Apple, your Sign in with Apple grant is revoked too. Deletion cannot be undone. If you would rather we did it for you, email support@mysticlab.app.

Do I need an account to try it?

No. On first launch you can describe a dream as a guest and get a real interpretation from Luna before deciding whether to sign up.

The legal bits

Both are also readable inside the app, under Settings.
