Price

MysticLab is free on iPhone and Android

• Price: MysticLab is free. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases or ads.
• Daily limits: Luna answers up to 100 messages a day, and the web Dream Analyzer gives 1 free reading a day. These limits prevent abuse; they are not paid tiers.
• If that changes: Any paid feature would be sold only through the App Store or Google Play, with its price shown before you buy, and you would never be charged without choosing to buy it.

Who We Are

MysticLab is published by Ender Yildirim e.U., Austria. By using the app or this website you agree to these terms.

• Age: You must be at least 13 years old to use MysticLab.
• Store terms: If you get the app from the App Store or Google Play, their terms apply too — for the iPhone app, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

What MysticLab Is

MysticLab is a dream journal with AI-generated reflections, for self-reflection, learning and entertainment:

• AI-generated: Luna's replies are written by AI models from OpenAI, guided by our instructions. They draw on ideas from psychology and dream traditions, and they can be wrong or incomplete.
• Self-reflection: Designed to help you notice patterns and think about your dreams, not to predict the future.
• Not medical advice: MysticLab is not a clinical, diagnostic or therapy service.

Intellectual Property

Who owns what:

• App design and content: The app, this website, their design and text belong to MysticLab.
• Name and logo: Please do not use the MysticLab name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.
• Your dreams: Your dreams and conversations stay yours. You allow us to store and process them only to run the service for you — including sending them to OpenAI for Luna's replies after you consent.

Liability Disclaimer

By using MysticLab, you understand and agree that:

• No Medical Advice: Our service does not replace professional medical or psychological consultation
• Personal Responsibility: Any actions taken based on interpretations are your own responsibility
• Seek Professional Help: For mental health concerns, please consult qualified professionals
• Limited Liability: To the extent the law allows, MysticLab is not liable for decisions made based on AI reflections. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to limit or terminate accounts under the following circumstances:

• Abusive Use: Violation of user conduct guidelines or terms of service
• Harmful Content: Sharing offensive, inappropriate, or harmful material
• Technical Abuse: Attempts to hack, exploit, or misuse our systems
• Legal Violations: Any illegal activities or violations of applicable laws

You can delete your account yourself at any time in Settings. We will tell you if we limit or close your account, where the law and circumstances allow.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time:

• Notification: Users will be notified of significant changes via app notification or email
• Effective Date: Changes take effect 30 days after notification
• Continued Use: Using the app after changes indicates acceptance of new terms
