DreamApp pairs AI interpretation with a human layer it describes as therapist sessions and expert dream reviews, in 30 languages, behind weekly, monthly or yearly plans. MysticLab is AI-only and free, hosts its servers in the EU and asks for consent before any dream reaches its AI provider, but it is new and has no ratings yet. If you want a person in the loop, DreamApp is the one of the two that describes it.

DreamApp's listing says it “connects you to a board-certified psychologist”; its site describes live 1-on-1 therapist sessions, and some yearly plans include “expert dream reviews”. We could not verify which plan includes live sessions. MysticLab has no human professional.
